2025 Annual Election Results & Effective Dates
Dear Valley View Members,
Thank you to everyone who participated in our November 2025 annual election and attended the meeting. We appreciate your engagement and support of the club’s governance. Below is a summary of the results and key effective dates.
Board of Directors
Three-year terms beginning December 11, 2025. The following members were elected to serve three-year terms on the Board of Directors:
- David Goldan – elected
- Hanly Burton – elected
Board Officers
Based on the ballot results, the following Directors will serve as officers:
- President: Ken Mosby (unopposed; 207 votes cast)
- Vice President: Lindsey Hurlburt (unopposed; 201 votes cast)
These officer roles will be seated with the Board at its organizational meeting following the annual meeting in December 2025.
Dues Proposal – Effective January 1, 2026
Members were asked to vote on a $15 per month dues increase effective January 1, 2026.
With 227 ballots cast, the results were:
- FOR the proposed dues increase: 136 votes (59.91%)
- AGAINST the proposed dues increase: 91 votes (40.09%)
As a result, the $15/month dues increase will take effect on January 1, 2026.
